Amazing hypnosis session yesterday! Just getting into the induction.. “Just picture yourself in a meadow on a summer’s day; the green of the grass, trees and hedges..”
Suddenly he started coughing and spluttering, so much that I had to give him a drink.
At the end of the session I asked what happened. “As soon as you put me in the meadow” he said, “my hayfever kicked in. My nose started running, my throat closed up and I couldn’t breathe!”
